Quality Data Management (QDM)
Achieve the production quality your products deserve
Quality Data Management (QDM) monitors whether each individual production process complies with the predefined quality grade. For example, if a robot sets a welding spot somewhere, QDM transmits the info: OK (qualitatively fully executed) or NOK (qualitatively not complete). If a manufactured product receives a NOK criterion, it leaves the production cycle and thus does not reach the customer. The complete collection and storage of all data creates a kind of "parts life cycle" for each individual product. This ensures the complete traceability of each individual process parameter in the event of complaints.
Scope of Functions - Quality Data Management (QDM)
1 | Process data acquisition | Record the data of the production processes. |
2 | Part tracing | Determine which parts make up your assembly and guarantee quality to your customer. |
3 | Data letter | Assign all process parameters and part master trees to a part. |
4 | Image archiving | Store images from camera stations. |
5 | Edge Analytics | Generate individual evaluations (OK/NOK, images, curves, histograms) for specific components. |
